The short version

You tell us your story; we create an original song and email you a private link, usually within 24 hours.
Our songs are made with AI-assisted music tools and reviewed before delivery.
If you don't love it, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
The song is yours for personal use — share it with family, at church and at private events.
If you send us a review or reaction video, you get a thank-you gift and we may share it (only with your permission).

1. Who we are

GraceSong (“GraceSong”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Luz Bermudez, based in the United States. You can reach us at gracesongofficial@gmail.com. By placing an order or using this website you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

GraceSong creates personalized songs based on the information you provide in our order form. Each order includes one original song (lyrics and music), a private link to listen and download it as an MP3, and a printable lyric sheet.

How songs are made. Lyrics are written from your story, and vocals and music are produced with artificial-intelligence-assisted music tools. Every song is reviewed before it is sent. Because of this process, voices and melodies are generated and do not belong to a specific human singer.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include everything listed on the order page. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver every song within 24 hours of your order. In rare cases (for example, very high demand or if we need to ask you a question about your story), delivery may take longer; if so, we'll email you. If we can't deliver your song, we'll refund you in full. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see our email.

5. What you share with us

You're responsible for the information you submit. Please:

Only share details you have the right to share, including about the people mentioned in your story.
Not ask us to include lyrics or melodies from existing songs, or content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory or unlawful.

We may decline or refund any order that doesn't meet these guidelines.

6. Our 7-day “love it” guarantee and refunds

If your song doesn't touch your heart, email gracesongofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order email. We'll offer to make changes, or refund you in full if you prefer — your choice. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

If we made a mistake (for example, a name is misspelled or mispronounced compared to what you told us), we'll fix it at no cost, even after the 7 days.

7. Your rights to the song

Once paid, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

listen to, download and keep your song;
share it with family and friends, including on your personal social media;
play it at church services, weddings, memorials, family gatherings and other private or non-commercial events.

You may not resell the song, upload it to streaming services (such as Spotify or Apple Music) for distribution, or use it in paid advertising or commercial products without our written permission. We won't publish your song or your story without your permission.

8. Reviews and reaction videos (rewards program)

After you receive your song, you can share your experience at getgracesong.com/share:

Written review: you receive a code for 20% off your next song.
Reaction video: you receive a code for one free GraceSong.

Honest reviews only. Rewards are given for any genuine submission, whether your review is positive or negative. We never ask you to change your opinion.

Reward rules. One reward of each type per order. Codes are emailed within 48 hours, have no cash value, can't be combined with other codes, and expire 12 months after they're issued. We may decline submissions that are not genuine, not related to a GraceSong order, or that don't meet our content guidelines.

Permission to share. If you check the permission box, you grant GraceSong a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit (for example, trim or add subtitles), and publish your review and video on our website, social media and advertising, together with your first name and city. When we use rewarded content in ads, we disclose that the customer received a gift.

People in your video. By submitting a video you confirm that everyone who appears in it agreed to be filmed and shared, and that a parent or guardian agreed for any minor.

Changing your mind. You can ask us to stop using your review or video at any time by emailing us. We'll remove it from our website and stop using it in new posts and ads; content already published by third parties or in past campaigns may take a short time to be fully removed.

9. Our content

The GraceSong name, logo, website and sample songs belong to us. Apart from the license in section 7, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to make every song special, but the service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. We'll change the date at the top when we make updates.
