- We use your story only to write and deliver your song — never to sell it.
- We share it only with the services that help us make and deliver your song (like our AI music tools and email provider).
- Your review or reaction video is only published if you give us permission.
- You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.
1. Who is responsible
GraceSong is operated by Luz Bermudez, based in the United States (“we”, “us”). If you have any question about your data, write to gracesongofficial@gmail.com.
2. What we collect

Your story may include information about other people, and sometimes about faith, health or loss. Please only share what you're comfortable with and what you have the right to share. We use it only to create your song.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run GraceSong, under agreements that limit how they can use it:
- Song creation: AI providers that help write lyrics and produce music (such as Anthropic and ElevenLabs). They receive the details needed to create your song.
- Payments: Stripe.
- Hosting, storage and email: the providers that host our website, store your song and send our emails.
- Advertising measurement: Meta (Facebook/Instagram). See section 4.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect our rights and our customers.
4. Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand which ads bring people to GraceSong and to show our ads to people who may be interested. This may share with Meta information such as the pages you visit, the fact that you started or completed an order, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your email. Meta may combine it with information it already has about you.
You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences, block cookies in your browser, or ask us to opt you out as described in section 7. Your story and song are never shared with Meta.
5. Reviews and reaction videos
When you submit a review or video, we use your email to find your order and send your reward. We publish your review or video only if you checked the permission box, and only with your first name and city. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we'll remove it as described in our Terms.
6. How long we keep it
- Your song and story: for as long as your private link is active, so you can listen to it again, and at most 3 years after your order — unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Order and payment records: as long as required for tax and accounting.
- Unfinished orders (if you start the form but don't pay): up to 30 days.
- Reviews and videos: until you ask us to remove them.
7. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- send you a copy of the information we have about you;
- correct it;
- delete it (including your story, song and videos);
- stop using your information for advertising (“opt out of sale/sharing”);
- stop sending you marketing emails (every email also has an unsubscribe link).
Email gracesongofficial@gmail.com from the address you used for your order. We'll reply within 30 days and won't treat you differently for exercising these rights. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and of the EU/UK, have these rights by law; we extend them to all customers.
8. Security
Your song is available through a private link that is hard to guess. We use secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't forward your private link to people you don't want to hear the song.
9. Children
GraceSong is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. Songs may mention children by name when a parent or relative orders them; that information is used only to create the song.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. We choose providers that protect it in line with this policy.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll let customers know by email.
